At Shop Vestaboard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
